Information and time is required for completing certificates and forms. That is why we askyou to come to the consultation. Your doctor may only write certificates that are consistent with the truth. Do not make it difficult for him: ask only what is reasonable, real and responsible. False certificates will always be refused. Regulations and certificates are only issued during a consultation. 

We do understand that sometimes you are short of a prescriptions. Therefore, ask your doctor for sufficient medication during your consultation. In principle, retrieving results is between 9 am and 11 am. We urge you to keep the telephone conversation short: both doctor and patient are not happy to be disturbed during the consultation. The telephone is a blessing and an evil for our GP's. Indispensable to organize our work, essential to be accessible, but annoying during consultation hours (you may have noticed that yourself).
